Where do I park for Boom Ball?

Parking is available on-site at Dell Diamond. You can purchase a parking pass on BoomBallTour.com ahead of game day or on-site for $20.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 60–90 minutes before the Opening Ceremonies to experience Boom Fest, grab food and drinks, and get settled before the action begins.

Is food and drink available inside the stadium?

Yes. Dell Diamond offers a wide range of food and beverage options throughout the stadium, including family-friendly favorites and adult beverages.

Are there accessibility (ADA) accommodations?

Yes. Dell Diamond is ADA accessible, including seating, restrooms, and parking. Please select ADA during the ticket checkout process. Guests needing assistance can also speak with stadium staff upon arrival.

What happens if it rains or there’s a weather issue?

In the event of severe weather, delays or schedule adjustments may occur. Any updates will be communicated via email and our social channels.

What is the bag policy?

Dell Diamond is a clear bag venue.

Bags that are permitted include:

  • Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12″x6″x12″
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Manufactured diaper bags for fans accompanying infants
  • Bags carried for medical reasons
  • Small clutch/crossbody bags or purses that do not exceed 5″x 9″

Bags not permitted include:

  • Backpacks (with the exception of diaper bag backpacks), printed-pattern plastic bags, fanny packs, large purses, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, camera or binocular cases
